How long before the order is shipped?

We ship print-only orders about 2 or 3 business days after receipt of the order whereas Framed Prints are shipped in about 5 business days. Standard shipping is free but Expedited shipping is $21.99.

What is your return policy?

We will redo products damaged in shipping so please check your product on delivery and let us know if everything is to your satisfaction. Please preview your images to ensure that all customizable features are to your liking before placing your order. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Our Vendor inspects every product before shipping for the best quality and ensures safe packaging for your product.

What size is the frame for your photographs?

The company mounts 12×18, 16×24, and 20×30 prints on True Black and White Paper with a black flat frame. The frames measure 19.25 inches X 25.25 inches, 23.25 inches X 31.25 inches, and 27.25 inches X 37.25 inches respectively, and feature non-glare glass. The prints are bordered with 2 inches of white matting on all sides.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

 If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
